7. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

Refunds for in-app purchases may be handled by Google Play or Playace Games depending on the circumstances. Playace Games does not control refund decisions made independently by Google Play.

We will try to help where we can, but we cannot guarantee a refund outside what is required by applicable law or permitted under the relevant platform's refund process.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
